Some of our year 13 and year 12 students had the pleasure of attending a presentation by Sophie at Columba College on Thursday 13 October. Sophie was able to make real connections to the everyday lives of the students by sharing her own story and her keys to success.  These included; making your goals a reality by being disciplined and consistent, healthy nutrition and lifestyle, the importance of physical activity, financial fitness and healthy mind set.  She also talked about the importance and value of the support networks around you and that it was ok to ask for help.  And of course we got to see and wear some of her 15 Paralympic medals!!
